Home New 2

The ram guitar pictures to print-colour2bRam Club features some of the world’s finest musicians on stage every Friday night and is one of the most successful acoustic music venues in the UK. The atmosphere is informal and this is reflected in the warmth and intimacy of the weekly concerts. It is called a club but everyone, whether a member or not, is made more than welcome. Just turn up and pay at the door (we very rarely sell tickets in advance).

The concerts are held at the Old Cranleighan Club in Thames Ditton, Surrey.  The bar opens at 7.30pm and the hall doors open at 8.15pm.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Ram Club response to the virus threat

It is with the deepest regret that we have decided to cancel the remaining Ram Club concerts until the Easter break. The threat from coronavirus has to be taken seriously: we have a responsibility to protect both artists and audience members and we feel that taking this action ourselves, before we are forced to, or before anyone falls ill, is in everyone’s best interests.

This is clearly a rapidly changing situation and we will make a decision on what to do after Easter in the light of events over the next few days and weeks. So please look out for future email announcements and news on this website.

The artists booked for the next three Fridays have been informed and fully understand our concerns. They will all, of course, be offered future bookings. We have also spoken to JJ, the Old Cranleighan Club manager, who is hugely supportive of the club and who is similarly understanding.

But please don’t forget about us. We will be back as soon as it is considered safe. Thank you for your continuing and much appreciated support of great live music. We hope this interruption will be a short one.
